I started this painting on December 31st 2021 as a birthday present to my lovely friend Sierra and didn’t send it off until someday late December 2022. It was the only painting I worked on throughout all of 2022 thanks to depression and my MA coursework, work and a bunch of other things.

I put it all the little details I know about Sierra and the things I know she loves that we have in common. This painting was an absolute labour of love and she's probably the most detailed and colourful painting I’ve created to date and I absolutely adore her and hope she's as loved in her new home as she is by me. 🖤
